should I take the ERDIC tablets? / WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO?
Erdic requires that you take 10 tablets per
day (and drink at least 2 litres of pure water, so that it
is correctly re-hydrated) until the desired results have been
attained. Typically, this is for 4-8 months.
Older
users, and particularly those with a high metabolism, may
take longer.
Erdic
does not require that you exercise or do anything else other
than take the tablets and drink the water.
The
first signs are generally a tingling sensation in the breasts,
as new tissue begins to form. For some users, the Erdic development
stage can be one of 'start and stop' whereby there is growth,
then a pause, then more growth, etc. This is as normal as
one continual growth period.
For
those people who find it difficult to drink 2 litres of water
each day we would suggest that they, instead, drink one of
those 'lightly flavoured' alternatives that are readily available
in the shops. Other types of drink, such as teas, coffees,
squashes, fizzy drinks, etc., not only add calories to the
intake, they also contain other ingredients that may hinder
the performance of Erdic, e.g. Try to avoid caffeine as much
as possible (especially coffee), at least within 1 - 2 hours
before and after taking your daily dosages of Erdic, as caffeine
does dehydrate the body - therefore possibly negating the
two litres of water you are drinking. We suggest water because
of its purity. Also water contains no calories and offers
other benefits too, such as it is good for the skin.
When
taking your 10 tablets per day, we suggest that you take 5
tablets in the morning and 5 tablets in the afternoon. We
also suggest that you should have taken your tablets by 6pm.
It is quite OK to alter the times that you take the tablets,
to fit in with your own lifestyle.
If
you have a high metabolism, try to take Erdic at least 30
minutes after eating, to avoid your body using it as a food
source.
Whilst
it does not really matter what regime you choose to use, history
suggests that it is best that you are routine as possible
in the way you take the tablets. So, whatever you decide as
your regime, try to ensure that you follow the same pattern
each day.
There
are two primary reasons why we suggest that you finish taking
your tablets by 6pm each day. Firstly, your body begins to
slow down in the evening and we prefer that you take your
tablets when your body's metabolism is at a normal daytime
level. Secondly, if you're drinking lots of water with the
tablets later into the evening, you may find that you have
to get up in the night, to go to the bathroom.
- Will
the ERDIC program put on weight anywhere else on my body?
No!
